Packaged in a 212-gram white cartridge, this one-part fluorosilicone compound offers exceptional resistance to fuels and oils, maintaining its consistency across a broad temperature range from -55°C to +200°C. It is easily injected and reinjected, making it ideal for groove injection sealing during tank fabrication or maintenance. The sealant swells slightly upon exposure to aviation fuels, enhancing the seal and accommodating internal tank pressure changes due to factors like aerodynamic heating. With excellent tack adhesion and resilience against shock, vibration, and thermal cycling, it meets the MIL-S-85334(AS) military specification. Additionally, its flow-control particles ensure efficient application at reduced pressures.
