ResinLab EP1306 Gray is a premium two-component acrylic/epoxy hybrid adhesive packaged in a 50 mL dual cartridge, designed for side‑by‑side dispensing or automated meter‑mix systems. With a mix ratio of 2:1 by volume (2.07:1 by weight), it cures at room temperature in approximately 16–24 hours or can be accelerated to 1 hour at 60 °C or just 10 minutes at 100 °C. The gray paste features a mixed viscosity around 202,000 cP and a Shore D hardness of 80. It bonds well to a wide range of substrates with excellent wetting, delivers tensile strength up to 4,500 psi and shear strength around 3,300 psi, and shows strong resistance to water, acids, bases, and most organic solvents. Thermally conductive (≈0.9 W/m⋅K), it operates reliably across −40 to 150 °C, making it suitable for demanding industrial and electronic applications.
