Welcome to Exdron, the online store for cleanroom products and solutions. By using our website and placing orders, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making any purchase.

Prices
• The prices displayed on our website are indicative and subject to change without notice. We have over 40,000 products online, so some prices might have mistakes or show 0 or 1$. Once an order is placed, the final updated price will be quoted and confirmed by email.
• The prices on our website do not include shipping costs, which will be calculated and added to the order total. Shipping costs may vary depending on the weight, size, destination, and nature of the products. Since we mostly handle hazardous materials (hazmats), shipping costs might be greater than the product price and will be quoted on order.
• The prices on our website do not include value-added tax (VAT) or any other taxes or duties that may be applicable depending on the shipping location. The customer is responsible for paying any taxes or duties that may apply to the order, and for complying with any customs regulations or requirements.
• The prices on our website are in US dollars (USD). The customer can choose to pay in other currencies, but the exchange rate and any fees or charges will be determined by the payment provider or the customer’s bank.

Orders
• To place an order, the customer must register an account on our website and provide accurate and complete information, such as name, email, phone number, billing address, and shipping address. The customer must also accept our terms and conditions and privacy policy.
• The customer can browse our products by category, search by keyword, or filter by various criteria, such as price, availability, rating, etc. The customer can add products to the shopping cart and proceed to checkout when ready.
• The customer can choose from various payment methods, such as credit card, PayPal, bank transfer, etc. The payment must be authorized and verified before the order can be processed. The customer will receive an email confirmation with the order details and the payment receipt.
• The customer can cancel or modify the order within 24 hours of placing it, by contacting our customer service by email or phone. After 24 hours, the order cannot be canceled or modified, unless there is a problem with the product or the delivery.
• The customer can track the status of the order on our website or by email. The customer will receive an email notification when the order is shipped, with the tracking number and the estimated delivery date.

Delivery
• We are a global company, so when a product is marked as in stock, it means we have stock, but it can be in one of our many global locations. The delivery time and cost may vary depending on the product availability and the shipping location.
• We use various shipping carriers and methods, such as FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc. The customer can choose the preferred shipping option at checkout, but the final decision will be made by us based on the product and the destination. We will try to meet the customer’s preference, but we cannot guarantee it.
• We will ship the order as soon as possible, usually within 2-5 business days, unless there is a delay due to product availability, shipping carrier, customs clearance, or other factors beyond our control. We will inform the customer of any delay or issue by email or phone.
• We will pack the order carefully and securely, using appropriate packaging materials and labels, especially for hazmats. We will also provide the necessary documentation and certificates for the products and the shipping.
• We will deliver the order to the shipping address provided by the customer. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the address is correct and that someone is available to receive the order. If the order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or due to the customer’s failure to collect the order, the customer will be charged for the return shipping and any additional fees or charges.
• We will not be liable for any loss, damage, or delay of the order during transit, unless it is caused by our negligence or fault. The customer must inspect the order upon delivery and report any defect, damage, or discrepancy within 48 hours of receiving the order, by contacting our customer service by email or phone. The customer must also provide proof of the defect, damage, or discrepancy, such as photos, videos, or documents. We will investigate the issue and provide a solution, such as a replacement, a refund, or a compensation, depending on the case.

Returns and Refunds
• We want our customers to be satisfied with our products and services. If the customer is not happy with the order, the customer can return the order within 14 days of receiving it, by contacting our customer service by email or phone. The customer must provide the order number and the reason for the return.
• The customer can return the order for any reason, as long as the products are unused, unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging and condition. The customer must also include all the accessories, manuals, documents, and certificates that came with the products. The customer must pack the order securely and use a reliable shipping carrier and method, with a tracking number and insurance. The customer must also provide us with the return shipping details and the proof of postage.
• The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or error on our part. In that case, we will cover the return shipping costs and provide the customer with a prepaid shipping label or a reimbursement.
• The customer must return the order to the address provided by our customer service. The customer must not return the order to the address on the original package, as it may not be our return address. The customer must also follow any instructions or requirements for returning hazmats, such as special packaging, labels, or documents.
• We will process the return as soon as we receive and inspect the order. We will notify the customer by email or phone of the status and outcome of the return. We will issue a refund or a store credit, depending on the customer’s preference and the original payment method. The refund or the store credit will be for the full amount of the order, excluding the shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or error on our part. In that case, we will also refund the shipping costs. The refund or the store credit will be issued within 14 days of receiving and approving the return.

Warranty and Service
• We offer a one-year warranty for all our products, unless otherwise stated on the product page or the product manual. The warranty covers any defect or malfunction of the product that is caused by faulty materials or workmanship, under normal use and conditions. The warranty does not cover any damage or malfunction of the product that is caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, accident, modification, alteration, or unauthorized repair. The warranty also does not cover any wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or consumable parts of the product, such as batteries, filters, etc.
• To claim the warranty, the customer must contact our customer service by email or phone within the warranty period, and provide the order number, the product name, the serial number, and the description of the problem. The customer must also provide proof of purchase, such as the invoice or the receipt. We will verify the warranty eligibility and provide a solution, such as a repair, a replacement, or a refund, depending on the case.
• The customer is responsible for sending the product to the service center or the address provided by our customer service, and for paying the shipping costs, unless the problem is due to a defect or error on our part. In that case, we will cover the shipping costs and provide the customer with a prepaid shipping label or a reimbursement. The customer must pack the product securely and use a reliable shipping carrier and method, with a tracking number and insurance. The customer must also follow any instructions or requirements for shipping hazmats, such as special packaging, labels, or documents.
• We will repair or replace the product as soon as we receive and inspect it. We will notify the customer by email or phone of the status and outcome of the service. We will use the same or equivalent parts and materials for the repair or the replacement. We will also extend the warranty for the repaired or the replaced product for the remaining warranty period or for 90 days, whichever is longer. We will return the product to the customer at our expense, using a reliable shipping carrier and method, with a tracking number and insurance.
